Program and cost for Eating disorders

We offer individual counseling.? Each person?s treatment plan is custom designed and tailored to meet their goals. The client will receive individual cognitive behavioral therapy one? hour per day -5 days per week with a psychologist, Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is widely used in counseling for eating disorders to change the way patients think about their bodies and their relationship with food. Unlike some forms of therapy that focus on the past, CBT is an active and practical approach for solving problems and changing self-defeating thought patterns. With new skills, patients are able to reduce eating disorder symptoms, recognize triggers and avoids relapse.

The cost is $9000 USD four weeks, which includes everything except personal items and any medication that they may need.

It covers: Three sessions weekly with an experienced physician.

A weekly session with his or her nutritionist, who eats meals with clients.

Nutrition therapy led by a registered dietician that works with patients to normalize their food intake and develop a healthy relationship with food. The dietician begins with an assessment of the patient?s eating patterns, weight, exercise habits, and body image.

We use Theragen Crystal Light Therapy to treat anxiety when it is necessary.

Our exercise trainer, along with the staff, establishes an individualized plan for each client. Our goal is to help each client establish a healthy and balanced pattern of exercise.

We re-establish exercise as a way to add joy to each client?s life rather than just a way to burn calories; We also include exercise geared more for fun than fitness.

We have a variety of exercise activities, including walking, yoga, and swimming, We have two swimming pools, one of which is fed by thermal volcanic waters
we provide, yoga, dancing, walking,? hiking,,dancing and other outdoor activities.

Table games, cable TV, and DVD with a lot of movies for the nights.
On the weekends clients? rest one day and on Sunday, they? will be able to go? rafting, horseback riding, tours to the tourist attractions of the Orosi Valley, etc.

So that boredom, restlessness, anxiety, and stress are released minimizing the chance for relapse.

Laundry services

The room; the client option of bringing a supportive loved one (family or friend) to stay with him/her without extra charge the rooms are double occupancy. S/he may stay for part or all of your time here. If desired, s/he may also participate in some of the counseling sessions/he needs to pay for her/his meals weekend activities, laundry services and transportation to and from the Santa Maria International airport if does not come with the client.

Transportation to certain activities such as shopping and sightseeing.
Transportation to and from the Santa Maria International airport.
